Position Summary:

As a Program Coordinator at i3DMFG, you will be primarily responsible for managing and streamlining processes between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Shipping. This position ensures smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and successful execution of projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and addressing roadblocks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Monitor deadlines and milestones, proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Coordinate resource availability to meet project and customer demands.
  • Entering job orders and creating routings in the system for new purchase orders.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with management to ensure timely delivery on agreed, realistic customer schedules.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Shipping.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to align teams on project status, priorities, and challenges.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have the necessary information and documentation to move projects forward.
  • Track project progress and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in priorities, workloads, or schedules.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency across teams.


Requirements:
  • Ability to shift gears quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in scheduling and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Open Projects, Monday.com, Authentise).
  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, or operations is a plus

Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, program coordination, project management or a similar role. Background in additive manufacturing, metal fabrication and/or manufacturing a plus.
