General Summary:
We are seeking a proactive AI Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of AI initiatives that address complex business challenges. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze data and program health metrics, and drive timely execution across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, quantify impact, and surface actionable insights to improve operational efficiency across multiple organizations, with a focus on Automotive and IoT.
  • Develop and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, schedules, Jiras, Change requests CRs, status reports, and executive summaries) to provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
  • HW ordering and tracking - involved in overall procurement process
  • Partner with technical and business teams to define requirements, success metrics, and adoption measures for AI-driven solutions.
  • Track deliverables across multiple project teams; drive follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Support governance routines (weekly business reviews, milestone readiness, and post-implementation reviews) and recommend process improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies with professionalism and clarity to audiences ranging from practitioners to leadership.

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy. This is a U.S. based position and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in program/project coordination, business analysis, or operations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau or equivalent) with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to drive action through clear follow-ups and documentation.
  • Knowledge with AI/ML or data science programs, including understanding AI model training, KPIs and measuring business impact.
  • Familiarity with Automotive and/or IoT product development lifecycles and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices in an enterprise environment.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$42.70 - $64.04
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
