Job description

E-logic is hiring a Program Analyst I to support the Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) Inspector General (IG) office. This role provides essential database management, audit coordination, and logistical support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Navy Inspector General Hotline Tracking System (NIGHTS) daily to open, track, update, and close local complaints and cases.
  • Maintain the Excel-based CNSP IG Tickler and Admiral's database daily ; deliver daily case status reports to the Inspector General.
  • Coordinate the intake, tasking, tracking, and closeout of CNSP audits (DoD IG, Naval Audit Service, etc.). Route audit report stages to appropriate commands.
  • Format official Navy correspondence error-free ; coordinate logistics for command visits, witness interviews, meetings, and VTCs. Ensure strict security of PII.

Requirements:


  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Navy Inspector General office utilizing the NIGHTS system.
  • Must be an active NIGHTS user with current database access/credentials established prior to start.
  • Formal certification in the NIGHTS system.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Hotline Completion Report (HCR) formats for both Naval IG and DoD IG.
  • Deep understanding of Navy IG complaint intake procedures and audit/assessment processes.
  • Familiarity with the three report stages of the Navy Audit System: Discussion Draft, Management Response, and Final Report.
