About the Role
Program Administrative Assistant (PAA) Jude R. says "A Program Administrative Assistant has the key responsibility of supporting their program staff members day-to-day with high organizational skills as they assist in coordinating several projects at a time. A Program Administrative Assistant will have many duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, and managing confidential client - program documentation." PAA Papitha M. and PAA Gloria L. add that their duties can also include posting required documents in the office and keeping them up to date, purging and shredding appropriate documents, preparing reports and correspondence on the computer, monitor and refill sanitizer stations, first aid kits and printers as needed, ordering office supplies, assist with client payroll and billing.
