Job description

Why GO Media & Gladwell Practice Solutions

GO Media is the engine behind Gladwell Practice Solutions (GPS), a category-defining education and growth platform created by Dr. Jason Gladwell, a world-leading Invisalign provider and authorized Invisalign education partner. GPS exists to close the gap traditional clinical education leaves behindโ€”equipping practices with the leadership, operational, and growth capabilities required to turn expertise into results.

Where most education stops at how to treat, GPS focuses on how to grow. Our programs combine proven systems, real-world playbooks, and performance-led learning to drive measurable practice transformation

Why This Role

The Learning Systems & Design Specialist owns the learning backbone of the GPS ecosystem.

In this role, youโ€™ll lead the evolution of our LMS from a content repository into a high-impact learning environment. Youโ€™ll manage the platform end-to-end while shaping learning journeys, improving learner experience, and supporting measurement of engagement and outcomes.

Sitting at the intersection of learning design, systems, and performance, your work will directly influence how clinicians and teams engage with GPS โ€” and how effectively they translate learning into real-world results.

Why Now

GPS is at an inflection point.

As our programs and audience expand, weโ€™re moving beyond static education toward personalized, insight-led learning at scale. This role will help build the systems, dashboards, and intelligence that power that shift.

Working in a lean, high-ownership team, youโ€™ll wear multiple hats, solve meaningful problems, and see your impact quickly. This is a chance to build, learn, and influence at speed while shaping a category-leading learning platform at the intersection of education and business growth.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Manage LMS operations across all programs (GPS, SPP, and future offerings), including course setup, updates, enrollments, permissions, and workflows
  • Maintain platform quality, structure, and usability to deliver a seamless learner experience
  • Serve as the internal product owner for the LMS, identifying enhancements, prioritizing improvements, and driving platform evolution
Learning Experience & Design
  • Build and optimize learning journeys, pathways, and program structures inside the LMS
  • Partner with SMEs to translate content into engaging digital learning experiences
  • Apply learning principles to improve engagement, completion, and knowledge application
Measurement & Insights
  • Track learner engagement, progress, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Build simple dashboards and reports that inform decisions across learning, product, and marketing
  • Use data and qualitative insights to recommend enhancements to programs and learner experience
Collaboration & Improvement
  • Produce insight summaries and recommendations to support continuous improvement
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen personalization, experimentation, and measurement of impact
  • Work cross-functionally with learning, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in LMS administration, learning operations, learning design, or a related role
  • Strong experience managing LMS platforms - Absorb preferred
  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of digital learning programs
  • Confidence using learner feedback and basic reporting to improve programs and learner experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded, with the ability to coordinate multiple course designs and launch timelines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in a highly collaborative on-site environment

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • A small, high-performing team where your work has high visibility and impact
