We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Coordinator to help grow our presence throughout the Birmingham market by developing strategic partnerships, strengthening community connections, and expanding ridership opportunities.

What You'll Do as a Business Development CoordinatorBusiness Development & Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities with businesses, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, hotels, and community groups
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Generate, track, and manage business opportunities through CRM systems and follow-up activities

Marketing & Brand Awareness
  • Support local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Assist with community-based programs that strengthen public awareness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote transportation services and special projects
  • Contribute creative ideas to increase visibility, customer engagement, and market reach
  • Help maintain effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Collaboration & Project Support
