Job description

Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a safety-focused mindset, and a commitment to driving productivity and quality. This role works Monday–Friday, with weekend overtime as needed to support business demands.

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role leads production employees, coordinates resources, and supports continuous improvement efforts to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Monitor production performance and complete required documentation.
  • Train and coach employees on procedures, safety, and job functions.
  • Coordinate staffing and resources to meet production schedules.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and work with maintenance as needed.
