This role offers hands-on experience working directly with production teams while developing a strong understanding of manufacturing planning, scheduling, and operational execution.

  • Walk the production floor to gather updates on job status and production progress
  • Monitor past-due jobs, upcoming priorities, and production schedules to identify potential delays
  • Maintain scheduling spreadsheets, ERP system data, trackers, and production reports

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and operational reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with production teams and manufacturing personnel
  • Interest in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or supply chain management
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and production scheduling
  • Exposure to ERP systems, production planning, and shop floor operations
  • Opportunity to work on projects with measurable business impact
