Job description

Looking for your next step in manufacturing leadership?

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead an overnight manufacturing team in Louisville. This opportunity is open to experienced Production Supervisors as well as strong Team Leads ready to take the next step into supervision.

Plastics experience is not required. We are open to candidates from a variety of manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a team of approximately 13 to 15 employees, including a Lead
  • Coordinate production to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Coach and develop employees while building a positive, accountable team environment
  • Troubleshoot day to day production and equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate production and shift reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Production Supervisor experience OR strong Team Lead experience with readiness to advance
  • Hands on leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Forklift experience preferred; training can be provided

Schedule:

11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., Monday night through Saturday morning

Approximately 4-6 weeks of first shift training will be provided before transitioning to the overnight schedule.
