Position: Production Scheduling Associate Location: Cary, Illinois
Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held global manufacturer headquartered in Cary, Illinois, with a 75+ year reputation for engineering excellence. Our precision magnetic components support industries including telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Production Planning Associate to join our Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you'll help ensure production schedules, inventory, and planning systems work together to support on-time customer delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.
About the Role and Your Impact
  • Compile and analyze reports to ensure raw material inventory meets production requirements
  • Review production systems and identify non-standard occurrences
  • Maintain planning data and operating system databases
  • Compare finished goods inventory and work-in-process against production requirements
  • Review production schedules to support on-time customer delivery
  • Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and other departments
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
