Join our dynamic Production team and play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our clients during the home repair process. Responsibilities include ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are in place for efficient repairs. Ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excels in independent work, pays attention to detail, and is self-motivated and proactive.
Proficiency in Google Drive programs and CRM systems is a must.
Responsibilities
• Checking contracts for accuracy
• Contacting customers to schedule construction jobs
• Booking jobs in our CRM
• Applying for permits with multiple municipalities
• Communicating with coworkers, and customers via phone, email, and SMS
Qualifications
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have experience using Google Drive programs
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be available to work in-office 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
