Job description

Position Summary:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the central hub for our service operations — managing the daily schedules of our field technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring work orders are accurate, timely, and properly documented. Your role is essential for maximizing technician productivity, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Dispatch and manage service technicians’ daily schedules based on real-time job progress and client needs.
  • Respond to inbound client calls, assess their needs, and create / schedule work orders efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, technicians, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Prioritize and manage urgent service requests, adjusting technician assignments as needed to meet service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with Field Supervisors / Service Managers to ensure the feasibility of scheduled jobs, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Review work orders daily; ensure all necessary details are captured before submitting for billing.
  • Confirm that job folders and documentation (e.g., purchase orders, timecards) are returned promptly and organized.
  • Review technician timecards to ensure hours are logged correctly and allocated to the right projects.
  • Identify and propose improvements to scheduling, dispatch, and documentation processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Familiarity with geographic area and good map/navigation skills.
