Production Manager
Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations. In this role, you will own the full production lifecycle-from process oversight to team development-ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality products on time and at scale. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across all manufacturing operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team-fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement workflow optimizations using data-driven assessments and modern production management methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards through regular audits, proactive risk management, and corrective action plans.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, maintaining strong financial controls and delivering meaningful production insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical or engineering knowledge
