We have recently partnered with a Food and Beverage Manufacturing in Fullerton, CA to provide them with a Production Manager. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Production Manager:

#1. Must at least 5yrs exp in the Food Industry market.

#2. Must have the ability to supervise and manage staff.

#3. No more than 3 jobs in the past 10yrs.

Requirements of the Production Manager:

  • 5 years in a Production Manager role in food industry.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree. (University or Technical School) Related field of study: Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related.

Skills:

  • Solid lean background, on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Able to set standards and continuously improve them.
  • Total Process Improvement
  • Comfortable speaking with members of all levels
  • Able to find the best format to communicate implementation strategy.
  • Experience leading and continuously improving.
  • Positive demeanor and able to motivate stakeholders to make a positive impact.
  • Planning skills and effective multitask.
