THE JOB
This management position will be an integral part of the local production team, working closely with the Live Nation Production Managers to produce large scale concerts at multiple locations. This position requires often long hours, a high level of self-motivation, organization and drive managing people, vehicles, various hardware inventory and interacting with venue and touring artist staff.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Work closely with Production Managers on projects year-round
  • Assist and support production department with job functions as needed
  • Manage Runners & Site Operators scheduling and rental vehicles
  • Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization
  • Advancing Hospitality details for shows/events between Artist & Caterer
  • Assist in facilitating the backstage needs of the Artist to ensure contract fulfillment, expectations and a positive experience.
  • Attends meetings as outlined by the Production Manager
  • Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all "past show" files on the shared drive and vendor records
  • Complete invoice processing and record keeping for all show expenses.
  • Based in the Southern CA with the ability and flexibility to work at venues throughout Southern CA

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • 2+ years' experience in a live environment operation
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Docs/Sheets
  • Experience with dietary restrictions, food presentation and handling.
  • Basic accounting skills.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ABI/TMSS experience
  • Workday experience
  • Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking
  • Cash/PEX handling experience
  • Physical Demands/Working Environment:
  • Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Moderate to loud level or noise in work environment
