    Job Summary:
    The Role:
    Maintain facility landscaping to including planting, pruning, mowing, string trimming, and backpack blowing
    Maintain paper product stocking needs through the building
    Operate Equipment such as pressure washers, outdoor vacuums, golf carts, and tractors
    Perform regular preventative Maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
    Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
    Set up and Tear down of bike rack, tents, tables, and chairs
    Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
    Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
    Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
