Job description

Production Manager

We are conducting a search for a Production Manager for our client in New York. Candidate should have a BS degree in Business Management or a related field and at least 5 - 10 years progressive work experience in food and beverage manufacturing. A strong high-speed packaging background in the beverage industry is required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is needed. Candidate also needs excellent floor leadership with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change. A well-rounded candidate would have both a solid production management background as well as a maintenance profile. We are looking for a strong and well proven production manager with experience in both hot and cold fill as well as can lines. This is a full-time, hands-on position. Company is aggressive with a dynamic management team. This could be an excellent opportunity to enhance your career personally and professionally.
