Our wealth of knowledge stems from the diversity of brands and successful products we have produced year after year. We are seeking a highly skilled & highly motivated team-player to join our Production department.

Title: Part-Time Production Coordinator 

Compensation: $20 - $23 an hour 

Job description

Key Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Daily processing of orders and communication with overseas for style set up, order placement, date confirmation, costing and duty related issues.
  • Process customer orders – placement and order entry based on customer requirements and manual; read thru and process customer manuals to ensure Vendor Compliance
  • Placement of Inventory (stock) order – work with GM/Planner to place inventories and process order to properly allocate/re-allocate goods as needed; need to access INV level to gauge stock placements
  • Reporting – run and maintain reports needed for daily workflow and management review.
  • Work in a group environment as well as individually to complete daily routine jobs and projects; will be required to work and coordinate with multiple department, if necessary, for order placement and shipments.
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify order related issues such as related setup, order placements, costing and assessing duty on products.
  • Schedule and coordinate and confirm order flows overseas to maximize space and minimize cost for inbound goods.
  • Maintain and track on-hand orders and make sure goods ship and arrive on time.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledgeable with Infor/M3, Infor Nexus (GT Nexus) preferred
  • Experience managing client accounts, majors and independents
  • Knowledge of Chinese and/or Spanish a big plus
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and well organized; able to handle large quantities of data and be efficiently process the data quickly and accurately.
