Job description
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management, exceptional team leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing best practices. The Production Manager will oversee a large workforce and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, efficient resource management, and effective leadership.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple shifts
Supervise a team of 6+ Production Supervisors and a total workforce exceeding 90 employees
Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and ensure production goals are met or exceeded
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
Maintain and improve workflow processes, capacity planning, and labor utilization
Train, coach, and develop supervisory staff to build a strong and capable leadership pipeline
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
