Data & Systems
  • Follow project orders through Victaulic's ERP system, QlikView, Qlik Sense Profound, and Mendix; work closely with VDC, Customer Care, and branch management to get material to the right place at the right time.
  • Review daily runtime data in Mendix, watching for outliers and errors.
  • Work with the MFG Admin on runtimes and data entry needs (MFG Admins back up Production Coordinators during PTO).
  • Serve as the Mendix help desk.

Fabrication & Correspondence
  • Handle all fabrication correspondence and updates to respective parties, including coordinating truck scheduling.
  • Receive all fabrication Purchase Orders in BPCS.
  • Generate all fabrication BOLs using the BOL Generator.
