Position Summary: This is a full-time role for a Warehouse/Production Coordinator at ALBERTH AVIATION, LTD. This role will be responsible for executing the daily warehouse/production operational tasks and activities associated with but not limited to inbound, outbound, inventory and quality control, production, manufacturing assembly and light industrial machine operation.

As the Warehouse/Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy, well organized and clean working environment.
  • Receive and inspect all inbound deliveries.
  • Verify and accurately disposition inventory based on quality, condition and documentation of product/material.
  • Properly label and locate all products, supplies and materials.
  • Prepare and package inventory for storage and shipping to meet customer and industry standards.
  • Pick, pack and process outbound shipments via parcel and freight carriers.
  • Properly document and systemically process all Purchase Orders, Repair Orders and Sales Orders.
  • Build and assemble various Alberth Aviation GSE & Specialized Tooling items.
  • Safely operate various industrial shop/warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Leverage systems and technology tools and equipment to accurately execute various transactions.
  • Effective and timely communications with various coworkers, customers, vendors, partners, etc.
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures.
  • Support any/all areas of the business when needed.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Strong work history to prove dependability and consistency required.
  • Previous industrial warehousing/production experience preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
  • Aviation industry experience preferred.
  • Basic computer systems and technology skills required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and screenings.
  • Mechanical experience a plus.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, processes and procedures to work independently and collectively to accomplish goals and expectations on a consistent basis.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment and vehicles.
