SHIFT COORDINATOR NEEDED (FULL-TIME POSITION)

Located at 2020 Memorial Blvd, SPRINGFIELD TN

Our Shift Coordinator is a great leader with delivering WOW service to our guests. Krystal Shift Coordinator’s understand the importance of providing great energy for restaurant teams and being fresh, friendly and fast for our guest, while focusing on restaurant operations. Restaurant experience is preferred.

Operations Routines

Helps maintains the balance between providing a high quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals

  • Helps the General Manager execute Krystal 9 operating systems
  • Uses shift tools and routines to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met
  • Ensures accuracy of inventory and waste tracking
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and Above Restaurant Leaders
  • Ability to resolves issues in compliance with Krystal standards
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
