Hiring Immediately – Warehouse Production Manager – Jeffersonville, IN
Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Production Manager job in Jeffersonville, IN.  As a Warehouse Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.  

Salary:
Starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment
  • A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365
  • Must be able to provide training and give direction

Responsibilities for Production Managers include:
  • Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
