Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Overview

The Production Manageris responsible forleading production performance across a three-shift manufacturing operation. This role develops and implements processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives that support safety, quality, delivery performance, productivity, and inventory management. The Production Manager works closely with operations, sales, engineering, customer service, and other functional teams while developing supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all production activities within the value stream across a three-shift operation.

Implement safety improvementsidentifiedthrough incident and near-miss reporting programs.

Develop, audit, and coach Supervisors and Team Leaders on leader standard work.

Coordinate activities of supervisors, team leaders, maintenance personnel, and production employees while supporting their professional development.

Serve as a member of the production scheduling team.

Collaborate with customer service and customers to address delivery and quality concerns.

Assistleadership in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies.

Support and drive lean manufacturing and Business System initiatives.

Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement programs within production operations.

Contribute to monthly business planning activities and the annual budgeting process.

Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements.

Partner with accounting, administration, sales, engineering, and management teams to support business performanceobjectives.

Support and coordinate corporate and business unit initiatives asrequired.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System (TPS), Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.

Strong customer focus with the ability to respond effectively to internal and external customer needs.

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership.
