Schedule: Overnight Shift (Full-Time)
Location: Yorktown, VA

About the Role

Alpha Body Beastro is looking for a dependable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Overnight Production Cook to join our growing meal prep production team. This role is responsible for preparing high-volume batches of proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and meal components used in our ready-to-eat meal prep operation.

This is not a traditional line cook position. This role focuses on consistency, efficiency, organization, food safety, and executing production standards in a structured kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook large-batch meal prep items according to recipes and production sheets
  • Portion, weigh, label, and package meals accurately
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures
  • Maintain FIFO rotation, labeling, and date marking standards
  • Complete temperature logs, cooling logs, and sanitation checklists
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, and other production equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the shift
  • Properly store and rotate products in coolers and freezers
  • Work independently while meeting production deadlines and quality standards
  • Communicate inventory shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to management
Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen, prep cook, production cook, or meal prep experience preferred
