Job Description:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring our digital products are accurately represented, effectively adopted, and consistently communicated across all guest touchpoints.

This role serves as the bridge between Product Management and Marketing- translating product capabilities into compelling digital experiences, launch plans, educational content, and marketing assets. Unlike a Content Editor or Social Media Manager, this role owns the product messaging, go-to-market readiness, and digital product representation across channels, partnering with Marketing teams to ensure consistency and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Product Go-to-Market

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new digital product launches and feature releases.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and launch materials in partnership with Product Managers.
  • Ensure new capabilities are effectively communicated across all digital channels.
  • Lead on-site activation events

Product Content & Enablement

  • Create and maintain product-focused content including videos, training materials, demos, release communications, and knowledge resources.
  • Ensure digital experiences accurately reflect the latest product capabilities and promotions.
  • Support internal teams with product education and adoption materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Ops, Corporate Marketing, Property Marketing teams, and Unity Marketing.
  • Coordinate with Corporate and Property Social Media Managers to ensure user moments and features are represented consistently across channels.

Product Performance

  • Measure adoption and optimize the engagement of product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve product communication and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrated success launching digital products and driving customer adoption.
  • Strong experience creating product messaging, launch plans, presentations, videos, and training materials.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams.
  • Familiarity with digital content management systems, analytics platforms, and AI-assisted content creation tools.
  • Experience with video creation and presentation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is a plus.
