About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Product Operations Associate to join the growing Annuities Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of client operations, technology integration, and strategic execution, offering a meaningful opportunity to drive platform excellence while directly supporting senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. This individual will serve as a key operational partner across internal teams, owning client onboarding workflows and contributing to configuration efforts within Hexure, now part of iCapital, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating across internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience from intake through activation.
  • Configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring product data integrity and timely updates in alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate on Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction, supporting implementation, testing, and optimization of annuity product setups to ensure accuracy and a seamless client experience.
  • Support senior management in advancing high-level operational and strategic objectives, including preparing materials, synthesizing platform data, and acting as a reliable execution partner on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Serve as a collaborative liaison to the Sales team, proactively communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition and retention goals.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to identify, escalate, and resolve platform issues, contributing to a feedback loop that improves long-term platform reliability.
  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication, structured issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required; concentration in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
  • 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support senior stakeholders, comfortable translating strategic priorities into operational action
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, able to interface confidently with clients, partners, and internal leadership
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-growth fintech organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiar with CRM or operational tools is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
