Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Management Product Manager to serve as a subject-matter expert and hands-on contributor within the Quote-to-Cash domain. This role focuses on upstream commercial processes, including the systems, workflows, and governance that power quoting, deal structuring, contract execution, and lifecycle management.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure contract management infrastructure supports deal velocity, compliance, and accurate downstream flow into billing and revenue systems.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and optimize end-to-end contract lifecycle processes including quoting, pricing, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations

- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to design scalable deal workflows and governance frameworks

- Manage and enhance CPQ and CLM systems to support complex deal structures and commercial models

- Define and implement approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and deal desk processes

- Ensure accurate translation of contract terms into downstream systems including billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition

- Support troubleshooting and validation of contract, pricing, and order data

- Drive process improvements across Quote-to-Cash workflows to increase efficiency and compliance

- Document processes, workflows, and system requirements to support operational clarity and scalability

- Collaborate on integrations between CPQ/CLM platforms and ERP systems

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

- Experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, technology, or marketplace environments

- Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle from quote through renewal or termination

- Hands-on experience with CPQ/CLM platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad

- Experience with complex pricing models including volume-based, tiered, bundled, ramp, custom, and multi-year agreements

- Experience managing approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation frameworks

- Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations

- Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills

- Experience validating contract, pricing, and order data

- Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills

- Understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition impacts

- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or SAP and their integration with CPQ/CLM platforms

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environments

- Knowledge of e-signature platforms and contract workflow integrations

- Experience with contract analytics, obligation tracking, or compliance monitoring

- Background in process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma
