Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay is seeking a Product Line Manager to join our team in Fremont, CA. The Product Line Manager has business development, pricing, and profitability responsibility for our custom thin film products at the ATP site. The successful candidate will lead our efforts to deliver premium thin film products to technology customers worldwide in the defense, satellite, industrial, and telecommunications markets. This role is ideal for an energetic, motivated individual with microelectronic industry experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communications and management skills. This is a leadership position which provides a significant level of influence internally and externally with other business and functional teams at ATP.
Yearly Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000

What you will be doing:
• Product management skills for developing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring year-over-year product line growth.
• Customer service experience for educating customers, customer service representatives on product lines, managing customer service issues, and developing resolutions to customer problems.
• Prior history and track record for leading and managing product lines, increasing sales and gross margins.
• Project management experience for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and leading teams to achieve specific goals and projects.
• Prior product development work for creating new or improved products.
• Proven competence in business development by analyzing market trends, tracking sales, and identifying new opportunities. Working with teams from finance, sales, marketing, and operations to execute strategies for growth.
• Ability to build strong positive working relationships and partnerships to expand the business.
What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering, marketing, or field sales experience with technical products.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future
• Proven examples of product line and portfolio growth experience are essential.
