REQUIREMENTS: SAP Ariba

The Associate Director of Procurement Systems contributes to AHF by consolidating various procurement systems and methods into SAP Ariba, manage daily user & approver mapping, system update testing & releases and supplier invoice & catalog connections.

The Associate Director of Procurement Systems enhances the reputation of AHF by maintaining and enhancing the SAP Ariba procurement tool to ensure compliance with AHF procurement policies, vendor onboarding, performance and risk and improved end user adoption.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as the Associate Director of Procurement Systems, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Associate Director of Procurement Systems will work as a part of a close-knit team to build out catalog of templates for sourcing projects, internal and external supplier management questionnaires and supplier risk monitoring. Monitor and develop dashboard reporting of Ariba system performance and statistics. Maintain, enhance and administer training program of Ariba modules.
