Job description

Job Title: Procurement Analyst Location: Plano, TX Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible Extension Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the Tactical Procurement Team within Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS). The ideal candidate will manage procure-to-pay (P2P) activities, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding support, and contract-related processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Manage high-volume, low-risk Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transactions.

Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Perform PO maintenance, revisions, and tracking activities. Support supplier onboarding and resolve procurement-related issues.

Troubleshoot requisition, invoicing, and supplier concerns. Assist with contract administration, including NDAs, service agreements, and contract requests. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support procurement operations.

Conduct benchmarking activities and support supplier diversity initiatives. Assist with procurement process improvements and operational tasks. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Operations. Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Ariba. Familiarity with contract management and procurement documentation.

Automotive industry experience. Experience supporting supplier onboarding and purchase order management.
