Volt is immediately hiring a Supply Chain Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ
As a Supply Chain Support Specialist you will:
  • Assist with daily military supply chain operations and administrative activities
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and support procurement processes
  • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Support logistics operations to ensure timely movement of materials and supplies
  • Prepare and maintain compliance packages and required documentation
  • Manage supply chain records, reports, and documentation files
  • Monitor material flow and assist in resolving supply chain issues
  • Ensure data accuracy within supply chain tracking systems
  • Support cross-functional teams to maintain efficient supply chain processes
  • Perform additional supply chain and administrative duties as assigned

This is an on site position Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Supply Chain Support Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of military experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or related operations
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and supply chain data systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Pay for this position is $37.76/hr.
