Plastipak Process Technicians maintain & operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers in a clean & safe work environment. Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.

As a Process Technician, You Will:

  • Operate blow molding production equipment in a safe manner
  • Monitor production & make adjustments to equipment, as needed
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as inspect & remove plastic containers with visual defects or packaging products for distribution
  • Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

To be a Process Technician, You’ll Need

  • Able to work 12 hour shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Mechanical/Technical experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
