Purchasing Clerk
Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is now hiring a Purchasing Clerk for a growing construction company in Waco, TX!
This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM position paying $20.00/hour. This opportunity has the potential to become a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
  • Obtain pricing and ensure purchases stay within budget
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
  • Negotiate with suppliers when needed to resolve issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support purchasing needs
  • Assist with inventory management and material logistics
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of purchasing, procurement, or purchasing clerk experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the construction industry
