Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE
  • Lead the application of process improvement tools and methodologies including 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate loss within Distribution Center functional areas, in alignment with Network Process Structure and the Walmart Performance System (WPS).
  • Deliver expected functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and standard work development, reducing process variation and improving operational consistency.
  • Review and support execution of process improvement projects owned by Area Managers, providing guidance and accountability aligned to WPS expectations.
  • Apply new Network One Best Way playbooks and contribute to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams through project ideation and identification of replication opportunities.
  • Support the tactical deployment of WPS methodology, managing execution of top loss initiatives while building process improvement capability among Area Managers and associates.
  • Conduct loss profile analysis, performance metric reviews, and gap assessments to support sustained WPS integration.
  • Partner with Department Managers to advance WPS programs, projects, associate engagement initiatives, and KPI improvements within assigned process areas.
  • Lead cost‑savings initiatives by systematically removing waste and loss from processes and driving measurable efficiency improvements.

  • Coordinate, oversee, and execute job‑related activities by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, supporting business plans and initiatives to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Clearly communicate goals and objectives, establish accountability, track progress, and identify continuous improvement opportunities while demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Promote and uphold company policies, initiatives, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity in all areas of responsibility.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
