Role Descriptions:
Partner with the Problem Management Lead to convert reactive incident data into proactive, systemic improvements across the organization. This role owns the analytical foundationโ€”validating, categorizing, and identifying patterns across incident and PIR dataโ€”to ensure prevention initiatives are driven with speed, accuracy, and impact.
โ€ข Strong analytical mindset with experience in incident/problem management environments
โ€ข Reporting & Narrative Development: Proficient in Tableau dashboard creation.
โ€ข Corrective Action Management
โ€ข Cross-Functional Coordination
โ€ข Hands-on experience with tools such as Radar, HCL, Confluence, Slack, and Webex
โ€ข Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
โ€ข Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful patterns
โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
โ€ข Strong ownership and execution capability
โ€ข Validate, cleanse, and categorize incidents and Post-Incident Reports (PIRs) into existing problem sets
โ€ข Identify gaps in categorization and surface misclassified records
โ€ข Propose improvements to taxonomy and data structuring
โ€ข Ensure data integrity to enable reliable trend analysis and decision-making
โ€ข Maintain real-time awareness of incident activity and emerging risks
โ€ข Identify recurring themes, tooling gaps, and process bottlenecks
