Job Summary
This position supervises pricing administrators on the global pricing team. This role will be responsible for the overall integrity of the pricing system and associated policies and procedures including evaluating price changes, service offerings, and performing competitive and market needs assessments.
Essential Functions
  • Accomplish department objectives by supervising pricing administrators through pricing processes and price change implementation.
  • Train Pricing Administrator on pricing tools and guidance.
  • Supervise and perform maintenance on all contractual price change for ZOLL ACT business.
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Analyze price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and price levels.
  • Perform pricing analytics to determine contract compliance.
  • Work cross functionally to improve the quality of pricing inputs and report output.
  • Leverage process and technology to drive improved accuracy, value, scalability, and timeliness of pricing solutions.
  • Support consolidation of pricing systems, processes and strategies throughout the business.
  • Develop and document pricing processes including work instructions.
  • Maintain strategic pricing guidelines for Sales.
  • Document any identified gaps in pricing procedures and work with the management team to find resolution.
  • Support to Commercial Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams for Pricing; new price quotes, customer bids, and all other pricing projects (creation and maintenance of cost models, price strategies, etc. for new and existing business opportunities).
  • Provide data and guidance on developing reporting for new business growth.
  • Create analytical reports for the Sales teams.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 4-6 years years' experience in pricing or data analysis, demonstrated membership management, pricing strategy expertise.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills and the ability to synthesize large data sets and applying analytic frameworks for insights.
  • Experience with Oracle required.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud Pricing Strategies experience highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, organize, plan, prioritize tasks within high volume, varied workload and meet schedules with accurate results.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and support within all levels of the Organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical, evaluative, and data-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to take ownership of processes and strive for continuous improvement.

The annual salary for this position is:
$86,000.00 to $110,000.00
