As a Preneed Funeral Director and Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting families in planning and securing pre-arranged funeral services for a local family-owned funeral establishment in the Pittsburgh, Pa surrounding area. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and professional guidance to families in planning pre-arranged funeral services.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our services and products to effectively assist clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and service.
  • Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions.
