What are the typical responsibilities for staff working at a Pregnancy Center?

Staff at a Pregnancy Center typically provide support and counseling to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies, conduct pregnancy tests, coordinate educational sessions, and connect clients to community resources. They may also document client interactions, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with medical professionals or social workers as needed. The work environment is often fast-paced and focused on providing nonjudgmental, client-centered care. Teamwork and flexibility are crucial, as staff frequently support one another to ensure clients receive comprehensive and compassionate assistance.
