Role Overview

We are seeking aData Scientistto supportforecasting and demand planning initiatives, includingvolume and contact center forecasting. This role focuses on developing and enhancing statistical and predictive models to improve forecasting accuracy, workforce planning, and operational decisionmaking.

You will work closely with crossfunctional partners in operations, workforce management, and analytics to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to improveforecasting accuracy and operational planning

  • Develop, maintain, and enhancestatistical and predictive modelsfor volume and contact center forecasting

  • Applytimeseries forecasting, predictive modeling, and scenario planningtechniques to anticipate demand

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve productivity, performance, and customer experience

  • Create and presentclear data visualizations and insightsfor technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Communicate forecasting results and recommendations to internal teams and occasional external partners

  • Support optimization of staffing and workforce planning models with guidance from senior team members


Priority will be given to candidates who reside in the Columbus, OH metropolitan area

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree inData Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experienceapplying advanced analytics to solve business problems

Critical Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience (4+ years) withforecasting and statistical modeling, includingtimeseries analysis

  • Proficiency(4+ years)inPython (required)and experience withR

  • Advanced(4+ years)SQL and experience working with large datasets

  • Handson experience(4+ years)withdata modeling, statistics, and applied mathematics

  • 4+years' ExperienceusingDatabricks, Snowflake, or similar cloudbased data platforms

  • Ability to analyze trends, mine complex transactional data, and troubleshoot analytical issues

  • Experience creatinganalyticsdriven visualizationsand presenting insights clearly

  • Comfortable working with moderate autonomy in a collaborative, crossfunctional environment

Preferred / NicetoHave

  • Experience withcontact center analytics, workforce management, or operational forecasting

  • Background inhealthcare, pharmaceutical, biopharma, or insuranceenvironments

  • Exposure to advanced techniques such asmachine learning, regression, segmentation, NLP, or decision trees

  • Familiarity withAzure, automation, version control, or model deployment workflows

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills

  • Intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and desire to continuously learn
