Seeking Predictive Analytics Strategist candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Executive Consultant/SME II Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (Predictive Analytics Strategist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Predictive Analytics Strategist | Executive Consultant/SME II [MontCo0011010]

• Develop and refine models to forecast financial trends and procurement risks. Support long-term planning with predictive insights. Simulate outcomes from proposed contract changes.

Desired Qualifications For Predictive Analytics Strategist | Executive Consultant/SME II [MontCo0011010] (MontCo0011010) Candidates:

• Expertise in forecasting tools (e.g., SAS, Python, R). Strong business acumen and public sector knowledge.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Master's in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent. 5+ years in predictive analytics, especially in finance or public services.

Skills Required

• Predictive modeling, Risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, Financial forecasting.

Competencies Required

• Foresight, Scenario planning, Strategic mindset, Communication of complex ideas.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Must understand external economic indicators impacting county spending.
• Expected to present findings to stakeholders and executive boards.

Other Details

• Will work closely with senior leadership to support budgeting and planning decisions. Experience with AI/ML tools is a plus.
