You will pick up completed spectacles with work orders from the final inspection stations in the production lab.

You will periodically perform a spot check inspection of the eyeglasses and work ticket to look for obvious quality defects in either.

You will sort out'mail to patient' orders from the clinic orders.

You will package spectacles by using the appropriate amount of cushioning material in order to prevent damage during shipment.

You will operate electronic postage metering equipment to meter official mail and packages for acceptance into the United Sates Postal Service (USPS), FEDEX Ship Manager, and UPS World Ship System.

You will maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace.

You will troubleshoot mail equipment problems and places service calls when appropriate for repair and/or servicing of the FEDEX Ship Manager System, UPS Worldship System and the Hasler Mailing System scale and meter.
