  • Maintain rapid candidate outreach (using text and quick-call strategies) to connect with applicants before our competitors do.
  • Source candidates through traditional channels, community partnerships, local job fairs, and referral programs.
  • Coordinate working interviews with department leaders and serve as the primary, supportive point of contact throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and company policies.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and maintain employee records (promotions, compensation changes, and benefits administration).
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, including promotion ceremonies, celebrations and fun team events that strengthen relationships.
  • Create and distribute the monthly internal company newsletter.
  • Recommend and help implement improvements that enhance the employee experience and support employee retention.

When employees move on, youโ€™ll ensure the process is handled professionally while helping us learn from their experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage employee offboarding across all company systems.
  • Partner with leaders to review exit interview feedback and identify opportunities to improve hiring, onboarding, employee experience and retention.

  • You have 4 to 5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Recruiting (experience recruiting for hourly, field, logistics, hospitality, or retail teams is a massive plus).
  • You are highly organized, pay close attention to details, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
  • You are an energetic, outgoing communicator who enjoys building relationships and naturally connects with people.
