Job description

EvolvHR is an HR Outsource firm seeking a Human Resource Manager to support up to 5 EvolvHR clients and up to 500 employees. The HR Manger will be supported by an Hr Admin, Benefits Account Manager and Payroll Manager.
Job Responsibilities (But not limited to):
  • Provide comprehensive Human Resources support to EvolvHR clients.
  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for clientele; assist in the analysis, development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manuals
  • Partners with the leadership team and clients management team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to clients to effect continual improvements in efficiency of its HR operations
  • Oversee HR team that on-boards new employees and processes terminations
  • Coordinate internal communications within LBG Benefits Department and Payroll Department
  • Guide (client) Management on employee relations counseling and exit interviewing
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
Job Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Government contracting experience a plus, AAP, DCAA, OFCCP
  • Strong HR Generalist skills including compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll and HRIS
  • PHR/SHRM-CP required or obtained within 6 months of hire date
  • SPHR preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent work experience
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Professionalism and diplomacy
  • Effective time management skills; detail oriented and well organized
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
