Job Duties
Make a great first impression, every time. As the HR Assistant (Front Desk), you'll be the welcoming face of our Office of Human Resources greeting employees, candidates, and visitors while keeping HR operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll manage records, handle data entry, support recruitment coordination, order and maintain office supplies, and serve as employees' first stop for questions on benefits, policies, and procedures, and escalating the complex stuff to the right people. It's a role built for someone detail-oriented, discreet, and genuinely good with people.
Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge of HR management principles and state HR policies, particularly in records management.
• Familiarity with both manual and electronic record-keeping systems.
• Proficiency in using PCs, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and accurately.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
