As a People Partner, you will support the daily People Operations function, working closely with the Director of People.ย 
ย 

  • Contribute to shaping people strategy for our next growth phaseย 
  • Coach managers on best practices; build trusted relationships across teamsย 
  • Assistย withย investigations ofย complex employee relations issues objectively and thoroughlyย 
  • Partner with managers and employees to strengthen morale, productivity, and retentionย 
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries (policy, pay, benefits) and support performance management (goals, PIPs, disciplinary actions)ย 
  • Design, implement, and improveย peopleย programs in a high-growth environmentย 
  • Collaborate onย talent calibrations and compensation planningย 
  • Support L&D initiatives, including training and career developmentย 
  • Maintain HRIS data and personnel records; ensure complianceย 
  • Administer leave (FMLA/ADA/state) and support benefits administrationย 
  • Track employment law compliance and prepare HR metrics/reportsย 
  • Support I-9/E-Verify, unemployment claims, and recruitingย logisticsย 
  • Maintain HR policies and handbook documentationย

ย Qualificationsย 

  • 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally withย experience inย manufacturing or start-upย teamsย 
  • Broad HR exposure: compensationย & benefits, compliance, employee relationsย 
  • Comfortableย withย hands-on operational workย 
  • Strong communicatorย ย 
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, thrives under pressureย 
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.ย
