Overview
The Infrastructure Operations Manager directs IT infrastructure operations, balancing on-premises systems with cloud solutions. This role ensures service continuity, optimization, and compliance across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and cloud migration strategies.
  • Manage Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or business.
  • 10+ years IT experience.
  • 5+ years technical/process proficiency across IT disciplines.
  • 5+ years managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Certification: IAT Level II.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
