AGE Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Operations Manager (RCDD Required) to join our team in support of our DoD customer to lead the design, operation, and protection of mission-critical communications environments. We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities
  • Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems
  • Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits
  • Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration
  • Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership
  • Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Required Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Required Certification(s):
    • Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
  • Required Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments
  • Required Clearance:
    • Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible
  • Required Skills and Knowledge:
    • Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure
    • Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $130,000+
