Position Overview

SensaPay/BLogic POS is seeking an experienced Sales Partner to drive new business growth within key markets in Los Angeles, CA.

This is a field-first, relationship-driven sales opportunity designed for entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to build and own a long-term portfolio of business within their local market.

You will have the ability to leverage existing relationships, prospect new business, and offer a full suite of payments, POS, and business management solutions to SMB merchants across multiple verticals.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person outreach targeting SMB merchants across key verticals
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to assess needs and present tailored payment and POS solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through merchant activation
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and recurring revenue
  • Maintain visibility into sales activity and pipeline management within CRM
  • Partner with internal onboarding, underwriting, and support teams to ensure a strong merchant experience
  • Build and grow a portfolio of business within your assigned territory

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of B2B, merchant services, POS, SaaS, or field sales experience
  • Existing local business relationships and networking abilities preferred
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Prior experience selling within Los Angeles, CA
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management and territory ownership
  • Comfortable presenting technology and business solutions to SMB owners
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and support teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • $7,500 guaranteed earnings during your first 90 days to support ramp ($2,500 per month) (No annual salary)
  • 30% upfront bonus on all newly activated merchant accounts
  • 30% recurring residual income on active merchant accounts
  • 30% net profit on all POS hardware sales
