The Waynesboro Wash is hiring!! Full Time and Part-Time Wash Associate positions available.

We opening in just a few short months and gearing up to hire Full-Time and Part-Time Wash Associates for our Waynesboro location. We will have a hiring event the first part of september... say tuned!! In the meantime- please apply and we will be in touch over the next few weeks to start in interview process. We are looking to hire candidates by mid-end september.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of TigerWash tunnel site.

Support TigerWash equipment maintenance and repair.

Support overall facility upkeep and cleanliness.

Support soap inventory, ordering, and stocking.

Handling customer issues using the "Tiger Way" service philosophy.

Perform and train opening and closing procedures.

Operate POS technology.

Drive monthly wash club membership sales.

Support marketing and promotional initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience

Experience in sales

Effective oral and written communication skills

Comfortable around large equipment

Strong mechanical ability and independent problem solving skills

Comfortable around POS technology and computers

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational skills and an eye for cleanliness

Truly enjoys working with customers and employees.

Ability and desire to learn new technologies

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule availability (wash runs 7 days/week)
