Description

The TigerWash Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of one of our express tunnel wash locations. The assistant manager provides employee leadership, motivation, communication, and modeling the Tiger Way. The TigerWash Assistant Manager provides operational support, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of TigerWash express tunnel site.

Support a team of 10-15 employees.

Co-Supervise employees to include hiring, training, and scheduling.

Support TigerWash equipment maintenance and repair.

Support overall facility upkeep and cleanliness.

Support vendor relationships required to operate facility.

Support parts ordering

Support soap inventory, ordering, and stocking.

Handling customer issues using the "Tiger Way" service philosophy.

Perform and train opening and closing procedures.

Equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Perform preventative maintenance.

Support employee safety program and training.

Operate POS technology.

Assist with monthly financial reconciliation.

Assist with cash management.

Drive monthly wash club membership sales.

Support marketing and promotional initiatives.

Support the Manager


Qualifications and Experience

Desire to be a strong leader of a team

Experience in sales

Effective oral and written communication skills

Comfortable around large equipment

Strong mechanical ability and independent problem solving skills

Comfortable around POS technology and computers

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational skills and an eye for cleanliness

Truly enjoys working with customers and employees.

Ability and desire to learn new technologies

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule availability (wash runs 7 days/week)
