A global investment management firm with strong ties to both U.S. and international markets is seeking a proactive and motivated Assistant Vice President<\/b> to support trading, portfolio management, and fund analysis activities. This role provides hands\-on experience in managing and executing investment strategies across multiple funds, including leveraged index and Latin American advised funds.

  • Support portfolio management and trading operations under the direction of senior managers.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Analyze cash flows, implement model portfolio updates, and execute trades.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Monitor advisor model portfolios, analyze performance, and prepare client reports.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Communicate regularly with advisors and clients regarding fund performance and activities.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Conduct fund due diligence and research new investment products.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Review daily trade confirmations and assist with ad\-hoc projects.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    • Experience in trading or fund operations preferred.

    • Strong MS Office skills; VBA knowledge a plus.

    • Series 3 license and\/or CFA preferred.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Business or native\-level proficiency in English and Japanese<\/b> is strongly preferred.
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Self\-motivated professional with excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
